Is insurance included?All our cars are fully insured. Your own liability is set to 10,000 THB only. Which means that even in the event of large-scale damage, you would pay a maximum of 10,000 THB (around USD 330) and the insurance will cover the rest. Your liability is very low, yet it is important for us to trust that you will be avoiding damage to the car. 🚗 Insurance details Insurance covers the car (damages to the rental car), 3rd party (shall you cause damage to someone else's car) and theft (if the car is stolen). If you cause a minor damage Take a photo of the damage and email it to us. Your liability: Depending on the level of damage we will charge you from 1,000 THB up to 10,000 THB. If you cause a large-scale damage Call us right away. We will give you instructions and send our staff to assist you if necessary. Your liability: We will charge you 10,000 THB for the damage (USD 330), the rest will be covered by insurance. Replacement car In case of no-fault accidents we will provide a free replacement car or a 100% refund for unused days. In case of self-caused accidents we will not provide a replacement car for the time your car is under repair.

What type of driver's license is required?We accept any valid driver’s license – not necessarily international.

Can I rent a GPS?For additional fee we can provide GPS navigation, but you can also use your phone or tablet as a GPS... Using your smartphone You can easily use google maps on your phone or tablet. All you need is local SIM card with data plan. You can get it at the airport on arrival. Cost - around 200-300 THB. Renting GPS nav For additional 100 THB/day we can provide GPS navigation. Make reservation on our website and send us an email requesting GPS. We will update and confirm your booking.

What if I am not satisfied with the car?It is rather unlikely as we keep our cars in a good condition, replacing them every 4 years. However, we don't want you to get stuck with a car you don't like, so we offer you an easy way out. This is how it works: 1 We deliver the car as you requested — to the airport or to your hotel. 2 You check the car before paying the total. 3 You like it? Pay your total and keep the car. You don't like it? No problem — we will cancel your reservation free of charge. That's a promise!

How do I pay? In which currency?Simple payment You don't pay anything until you see your car. You pay in cash on pick-up in local currency (THB). Paying in another currency If you prefer to use another currency, we accept Australian dollars (AUD), Euro (EUR), American dollars (USD), Singapore dollars (SGD) and Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Your total in the local currency (THB) is fixed and will not change, but your total in a foreign currency will be based on current exchange rates in Chiang-mai.

Do you require a security deposit?We only require a small cash deposit — we don't ask you for your credit card number and we don't keep your documents! You would pay 5,000 THB (around 150 USD) as a security deposit on pick-up and get it back when you return the car. You can settle the deposit in any currency and it will be returned to you in the same currency.

How to pick up the car at the airport?Airport pick-up and drop-off is free of charge. 1 If you provide a flight number, we will check for your updated arrival time. Don't worry if your flight is delayed — we will meet you on time. 2 Our representative will meet you at the arrival hall. Meeting point: When leaving terminal building you will see parking area - turn left and find our representative next to TMB currency exchange desk. 3 Our representative will be holding a clipboard with your name and our logo. 4 In case of any problem please call +66 82 82 39 133

At what time should I return the car?Airport pick-up and drop-off is free of charge. You should terminate the rental around the same time of day as it started. You can arrange the details with our representative when collecting the car. You require some more time? Hire the car for an additional half day (at half day rate) and keep it until late evening.
